Role Responsibilities:

In this role, you’ll:

  • Greet patients and manage front-desk operations
  • Schedule appointments and support clinic flow throughout the day
  • Manage patient records and assist with EMR/EHR documentation (where applicable)
  • Handle phone and email correspondence with patients and healthcare providers
  • Assist with billing, payments, insurance claims, and general administrative tasks
  • Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized clinic environment
  • Work as part of a caring healthcare team focused on excellent patient experience

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and EMR/EHR systems is an asset
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear, professional communication (phone, email, and in-person)
  • Friendly, patient-focused attitude and a calm approach under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Have relevant experience and certification
